Description

Every quote and invoice on your own paper

A printed letterhead makes a quote, invoice or contract look like it came from an established business. Yours is printed in full colour on A4 uncoated paper in 90gsm, 120gsm or 170gsm, which takes both pen and office-printer ink. Print one side, or use the back for terms or a continuation sheet. Order from 25 sheets to 100,000. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed.

Keep your logo and details in the header and footer, and leave the centre of the page clear for the letter itself. Each different design needs to be placed as a separate order.

Frequently asked questions

What paper are letterheads printed on?
Premium Smooth White Paper in 90gsm, 120gsm or 170gsm. It is uncoated, so it takes pen and printer ink cleanly. The heavier weights feel more substantial in the hand.
What size are they?
A4, 210 × 297mm.
Can I print on both sides?
Yes. Choose single or double-sided. Many businesses use the back for terms and conditions or a continuation layout.
How should I lay out the design?
Put your logo and contact details in the header and footer, and leave the centre of the page clear for the letter. A letterhead frames your correspondence, so a restrained design works best.
Can I order more than one design?
Yes, but each different design needs to be placed as a separate order.
How long do they take?
Choose Saver (5 working days), Standard (3) or Express (2) when you order. That is production time and doesn't include delivery.
Can Printlogik design my letterhead?
Yes. If you don't have artwork, or yours needs tidying up, our studio can set up your file or create the design from scratch. Ask for a design quote and we'll price it before you commit.
