Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with 3mm bleed on every edge and fonts outlined or embedded, and keep text and logos at least 3mm inside the trim. For double-sided prints, send a two-page PDF with the front on page one. Blank templates for the common sizes are in the Templates section on this page. If you choose gloss lamination, make page one of your PDF the side to be laminated. Leave the address side unlaminated and uncluttered so it can be written on and posted.

Frequently asked questions

What size is a standard postcard?
A6, which is 105 × 148mm. We also print A5, DL (99 × 210mm) and a 148mm square.
Can I write on the back?
Yes. Choose an uncoated stock, or a coated stock with gloss lamination on one side only, and the reverse will take a pen.
Which side gets the gloss lamination?
Page one of your PDF. Put your image or main design on page one and the message or address side on page two.
Which stock is best for mailing?
350gsm Silk or 350gsm Recycled Uncoated are the sturdiest and travel best through the post.
How long do they take?
Choose Saver (5 working days), Standard (3) or Express (1) when you order. That is production time and doesn't include delivery.
Do I need my artwork ready to order?
No. Choose "Send It Later" when you order and we'll give you a link after checkout. Production starts once your artwork has been checked and approved.
Can Printlogik design my postcards?
Yes. If you don't have artwork, or yours needs tidying up, our studio can set up your file or create the design from scratch. Ask for a design quote and we'll price it before you commit.
