Printed on rigid white PVC in the same size and feel as a bank card, these are cards that survive wallets, pockets and daily use. Use them as business cards, or add a magnetic strip, a signature panel or gold or silver foil and they become membership, loyalty or access cards. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed.

Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and fonts outlined or embedded. Mark clearly where any signature strip, magnetic strip or foil should sit, and keep text and logos clear of those areas and at least 3mm inside the trim. For foil, supply the foil area as a separate solid layer or page. A blank template is in the Templates section on this page.

Frequently asked questions

What are plastic business cards made from?

Rigid white PVC, in 570 micron or 760 micron. The 760 micron option is the same thickness as a bank card.

Can they be used as membership or loyalty cards?

Yes. Add a signature strip for a name or member number, or a magnetic strip if your system reads swipe cards.

What is the difference between Hi-Co and Lo-Co magnetic strips?

Hi-Co strips hold their data more securely and suit cards that are swiped often, such as access and membership cards. Lo-Co strips are easier to encode and suit short-term use such as gift or hotel-style cards. Check which your card reader needs before ordering.

Do you encode the magnetic strip?

The strip is supplied ready for encoding. If you need cards encoded or numbered individually, get in touch before ordering and we'll confirm what's possible.

How long do they take?

Choose Saver (9 working days), Standard (7) or Express (6) when you order. That is production time and doesn't include delivery.

Can Printlogik design my cards?

Yes. If you don't have artwork, or yours needs tidying up, our studio can set up your file or create the design from scratch. Ask for a design quote and we'll price it before you commit.
