A pillow box has a soft curved profile that makes a small product look like a present before anyone opens it. Choose from three cards, then pick the width, depth and height you need, from 60mm wide for a sample or a ring up to 190 × 310mm for larger retail items. Print in full colour, and add gloss, matte or soft-touch lamination to the outside if you want it. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed.

Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Supply a print-ready CMYK PDF at 300dpi with 5mm bleed all round, fonts outlined, and at least 3mm between text and the trim lines. Keep artwork off the glue sections, because adhesive bonds better to bare board than to printed ink. The front and back panels curve, so centre your key artwork and avoid fine detail where the box curves away.

What sizes are available?
You choose width, depth and height separately. Widths run from 60mm to 190mm, depths from 80mm to 310mm and heights from 20mm to 60mm. Tell us what you are packing and we'll suggest the closest fit.
What card can I choose?
Three options: Embossed Card, Premium Card or Technodesign 380gsm.
Should I choose gloss, matte, soft touch or no lamination?
Gloss adds shine and lifts colour and photography. Matte is more understated. Soft touch is the third laminated option, and unlaminated is the most natural. Lamination is applied to the outside of the box only.
Why should artwork avoid the glue sections?
Adhesive grips bare board more securely than printed ink. Leaving the glue tabs unprinted gives a stronger bond, so the box holds together in handling.
Are they easy to assemble?
Yes. They arrive flat and pop into the pillow shape by hand, with the curved ends tucking in to close. No tape or glue is needed at your end.
How long do they take?
Choose Saver (6 working days), Standard (4) or Express (2) when you order. That is production time and doesn't include delivery.
