Fold-up signs for events and short promotions

These are the low-cost way to put a message on the pavement for a market, an open day or a weekend offer. Each board is printed direct to lightweight 4mm fluted board, then folds and interlocks into a free-standing A-shape and packs flat again afterwards. They are sold in packs of two to eight, depending on the size, and every board in a pack can carry a different design. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed.

Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Use the template for your pack size, in the Templates section on this page, and supply a CMYK PDF with fonts outlined. The template shows the fold and base lines, so keep key content on the two display faces and clear of the folds. If you do not want the handle cut-outs, delete those guide lines from the template and tell us when you order. For different designs within a pack, supply artwork for each board and mark which is which.

Frequently asked questions

Why are they sold in packs?
The boards are cut from full sheets of fluted board, so each pack is the number of boards of that size that fill a sheet. That is two to eight, depending on the size.
What sizes are available?
Six: 590 × 1000mm, 390 × 1000mm, 290 × 1000mm, 590 × 420mm, 390 × 420mm and 290 × 420mm.
Can each board have a different design?
Yes. A pack can be one design repeated or every board different, for separate offers, directions or locations.
Will they stay put outdoors?
They are lightweight, so outdoors we strongly recommend weighing down the base or pegging the board to the ground. We don't supply weights or pegs.
What are the handle cut-outs for?
They are hand holes for carrying and repositioning the board. They come as standard, and we can leave them off if you would rather have uninterrupted faces.
How is this different from an A-frame sign?
These are light, fold-up boards for short-term and event use. For a sturdier pavement sign that stays in use day after day, an A-frame with replaceable posters is the better choice.
