Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Design to the 60 × 8mm print area. On a space this small, keep it bold and simple: a logo with a short strapline or web address works best, and fine detail and tiny text will not hold. Supply vector artwork with fonts outlined or embedded, as pixel-based files can look soft at this size. Templates, colour swatches and artwork instructions are in the Templates section on this page. You can also add your artwork through our Online Designer when you order.

Frequently asked questions

What colours do the pens come in?

Eight barrel colours: Aqua Blue, Black, Indigo Blue, Lime, Pink, Royal Blue, Transparent White and White. All write in black ink.

Is the pen printed in full colour?

Yes. The barrel is digitally printed in full-colour CMYK, so multi-colour logos can be reproduced within the 60 × 8mm print area.

How is this different from the Nash Ballpoint Pens Black Grip?

Choice and quantity. This pen comes in eight barrel colours and can be ordered up to 5,000. The Black Grip version comes in three barrel colours, always with a black grip, up to 2,000.

What is the minimum order?

25 pens. The largest quantity you can order online is 5,000.

Why should I supply vector artwork?

The print area is small. Vector artwork stays sharp at that size, where a pixel-based file can look soft. If you only have a pixel-based logo, send it and we'll tell you whether it will print cleanly or needs redrawing.

How long do they take?

Choose Saver (6 working days), Standard (4) or Express (2) when you order. That is production time and doesn't include delivery.

Can Printlogik design my pens?

Yes. If you don't have artwork, or yours needs tidying up, our studio can set up your file or create the design from scratch. Ask for a design quote and we'll price it before you commit.
