Some pieces need to feel like an occasion. These flyers are printed on 350gsm board, finished with a matt soft-touch laminate that feels velvety in the hand, then foiled on one side in your choice of seven foils, from gold and silver to holographic and white pearl. They come in A5, A6, DL or a 148mm square, from just 25 copies. Foil files are more technical than most, so the check matters here. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed.

Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

The foil comes from its own layer: solid 100% black shapes showing exactly where the foil goes, with no cyan, magenta or yellow in that layer, supplied as vector. A single-sided flyer needs a two-page PDF, with your CMYK artwork on page one and the foil on page two. A double-sided flyer needs a four-page PDF: front, back, front foil, then a blank fourth page. Keep foil at least 3mm from the trim edge and off text smaller than 10pt or lines thinner than 1pt. Supply CMYK at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and fonts outlined. Frequently asked questions

What foil colours are available?

Seven: copper, gold, holographic, red, rose gold, silver and white pearl. You choose one per order, and it is applied to one side of the flyer.

How do I set up the foil artwork?

Put the foil on its own layer as solid 100% black vector shapes, with no other colours. A single-sided flyer is a two-page PDF (artwork, then foil); a double-sided flyer is a four-page PDF (front, back, front foil, blank). If that is more than you want to take on, send us your design and we'll build the foil file.

Can I foil small text or thin lines?

Keep foil to 10pt text and 1pt lines or larger, and at least 3mm from the trim edge. Foil can't hold perfect register on very fine detail, so it works best on logos, headlines and bold shapes.

What sizes and boards can I choose?

A6, A5, DL or a 148mm square, on 350gsm Uncoated or 350gsm Silk art board.

Can I print both sides?

Yes. Choose single or double-sided print, with soft-touch laminate on one side or both. The foil goes on one side.

How long do they take?

Choose Saver (9 working days), Standard (6) or Express (4) when you order. That is production time and doesn't include delivery.
