These are printed cardboard boxes in several styles, including mailers, gift mailers, shippers, tuck-tops, one-piece A5 to A3 boxes and wine carriers, in E-flute or B-flute board with a white or brown Havana face. Print the outside, the inside or both, and order from a single box up to 200. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed.

Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Box artwork wraps a 3D shape, so build it on the dieline for your format: it shows where the folds, flaps and glue areas fall, so nothing important lands on a crease. Dieline templates for the five mailer sizes are in the Templates section on this page; for other formats, ask us for the dieline. Supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with fonts outlined. White ink is not available on the brown Havana board, so anything white in your design will show as bare board, and printed colours can shift slightly against the brown. For crisp white and truer colour, choose White Double-coated.

What styles and sizes can I order?
Mailers in 15 × 12 × 5cm, 20 × 14 × 8cm, 23 × 23 × 8cm, 35 × 25 × 10cm and 50 × 50 × 15cm; gift mailers in the three smallest of those sizes; shippers from a 12.5cm cube to 50 × 30 × 50cm; tuck-tops from 14 × 10 × 10cm to 35 × 26 × 10cm; one-piece boxes in A5, A4 and A3; and wine carriers in one, two and three-piece versions.
What are the boxes made from?
Corrugated cardboard in E-flute or B-flute, with either a Havana or a White Double-coated face.
Can I print on the inside of the box?
Yes. Choose outside only, inside only, or both sides. Many brands put a message, pattern or thank-you on the inside.
Can I have white text on a brown box?
Not on Havana. White ink isn't available on it, so anything set as white shows the brown board underneath. If white matters to your design, choose White Double-coated.
What is the minimum order?
One box, so you can order a single sample to check the size and print before a larger run. The largest quantity is 200.
Are they suitable for food?
No. These boxes are not food-safe, so we don't recommend them for direct food contact.
How long do they take?
Choose Standard (4 working days) or Express (3) when you order. That is production time and doesn't include delivery.
