A lanyard is worn all day at events, conferences and reception desks, so your name is seen by everyone in the room. Ours are white polyester, 20mm wide and 900mm long, printed in full colour by dye-sublimation on one side or both. Each one is fitted with a trigger clip for passes and a breakaway safety clip. Order from 50 up to 10,000. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed.

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Supply a CMYK PDF (PDF/X-1a preferred) at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and fonts outlined, built on the template in the Templates section on this page. For double-sided lanyards, send a two-page PDF with one side on each page. A repeating logo or brand name along the strap reads best, because a lanyard is often only partly visible.

What size are the lanyards?

20mm wide and 900mm in total length. That is the only size.

How are the lanyards printed?

By dye-sublimation onto white polyester in full-colour CMYK. The ink is heat-fixed into the fabric.

Are they printed on both sides?

You choose. Order Single Sided Print or Double Sided Print. For double-sided, supply a two-page PDF.

What clips come with them?

A trigger clip for attaching ID cards, passes or badge holders, and a breakaway safety clip, which separates if the lanyard is pulled or caught.

What is the minimum order?

50 lanyards. The largest quantity you can order online is 10,000.

How long do they take?

Choose Saver (19 working days), Standard (17) or Express (15) when you order. That is production time and doesn't include delivery.
