An unlaminated leaflet soon looks tired in a restaurant, a gym or a coat pocket. These are laminated on both sides in gloss or matt, a thin protective film that resists spills, fingerprints and everyday handling. They are printed on 250gsm or 350gsm stock from an A3 or A4 sheet and arrive folded, with a choice of half, gate, roll and Z folds. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed.

Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with 3mm bleed, a 3mm safe zone and fonts outlined or embedded. Send a two-page, double-sided PDF with the panels arranged in fold order, not reading order: on an A4 that finishes at A5, page one carries leaflet pages 4 and 1 side by side, and page two carries pages 2 and 3. On landscape layouts the back page and the inside pages are rotated 180° so everything reads the right way up once folded. Print a mock-up and fold it before you send your file, or send us your pages and we'll arrange them for you.

Frequently asked questions

What does lamination add?
A thin protective film over the print that resists spills, moisture, fingerprints and general wear, and makes the leaflet feel heavier. It is what lets a menu or price list survive repeated handling.
Gloss or matt laminate?
Both protect equally. Gloss is shiny and makes colours and photos brighter, which suits food menus. Matt is non-reflective and soft to the touch, and is easier on the eye for text-heavy leaflets.
What sizes and folds can I order?
A3 or A4 sheets, folded in half to A4 or A5, folded to a slim half, gate folded to A4 or A5, or roll or Z folded to six panels.
How is this different from Creased Menus?
These arrive already folded and ready to hand out. If you would rather store them flat and fold them as you need them, see our Creased Menus.
How should I set up folded artwork?
As a two-page, double-sided PDF with the panels in fold order rather than reading order. For an A4 that finishes at A5, page one carries leaflet pages 4 and 1, and page two carries pages 2 and 3. Landscape layouts need the back and inside pages rotated 180°. If that sounds fiddly, send us your pages and we'll arrange them for you.
How long do they take?
Choose Saver (7 working days), Standard (5) or Express (3) when you order. That is production time and doesn't include delivery.
