Artwork made easy
The backdrop is plain chromakey green, so there is nothing to design or upload. If your order includes any printed or branded element, a real person checks it before production.
A clean result depends on the setup more than the software. Light the green evenly, with no bright hotspots or dark shadows. Stand well forward of the screen, ideally with your own lighting separate from the backdrop, so green light doesn't spill onto you. Keep the surface smooth and taut, because creases catch light and shadow.
