These are printed at A1 or A2 on 130gsm or 170gsm silk or gloss paper, then folded down to A4 so they slip into a mailer, a magazine or an event bag. You choose how the planner is folded and whether the print faces inside or outside. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed.

Supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with 3mm bleed and fonts outlined, at the full A1 or A2 size. Keep essential planner content away from the fold lines: a date cell that sits on a crease is hard to read and to write in. Frequently asked questions

How is the planner folded?
Down to A4. Choose a concertina fold that is then folded in half, or a cross fold. The recipient opens it out to full size to hang on the wall.
Can I have my design on the outside?
Yes. Choose Print Outside and the design shows on the folded planner as it arrives. Choose Print Inside to keep the outside plain until it is opened.
Which stock should I choose?
If people will write on the planner through the year, choose silk, which takes pen and pencil better. Gloss gives stronger colour. 170gsm feels more substantial on the wall than 130gsm.
What is the minimum order?
125 planners, and you can order up to 2,000.
How long do they take?
Choose Saver (7 working days) or Standard (5) when you order. That is production time and doesn't include delivery.
