These arrive already folded, in a wide choice of half, roll, Z, gate, cross and parallel folds, on nine stocks from 90gsm to 250gsm. Order from 50 copies for an event up to 100,000 for a mailing. Folded artwork is easy to set up wrong, which is why the check matters. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed.

Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Supply a CMYK PDF at 300dpi with 3mm bleed, a 3mm safe zone and fonts outlined or embedded. Send a two-page, double-sided PDF with the panels arranged in fold order, not reading order: on an A4 that finishes at A5, page one carries leaflet pages 4 and 1 side by side, and page two carries pages 2 and 3. On landscape layouts the back page and the inside pages are rotated 180° so everything reads the right way up once folded. Print a mock-up and fold it before you send your file, or send us your pages and we'll arrange them for you.

Frequently asked questions

What folds can I choose?
A simple half fold to 4 pages, roll folds and Z folds to 6 or 8 pages, gate folds, cross folds to 8 pages, double parallel folds, and combinations up to 16 pages. The Folding menu lists each one with its finished size.
How is this different from Flat & Creased Leaflets?
These arrive folded and ready to hand out, on stocks from 90gsm to 250gsm. Flat & Creased Leaflets are on heavier stocks, from 170gsm to 350gsm, and arrive flat with the crease already made for you to fold.
Gloss, silk or uncoated?
Gloss gives the punchiest colour and suits image-led leaflets. Silk has a softer sheen that is easier to read across text-heavy panels. The uncoated stocks have a natural, matt look.
How should I set up folded artwork?
As a two-page, double-sided PDF with the panels in fold order rather than reading order. For an A4 that finishes at A5, page one carries leaflet pages 4 and 1, and page two carries pages 2 and 3. Landscape layouts need the back and inside pages rotated 180°. If that sounds fiddly, send us your pages and we'll arrange them for you.
What is the smallest and largest quantity?
From 50 copies up to 100,000.
How long do they take?
Choose Saver (6 working days), Standard (4) or Express (2) when you order. That is production time and doesn't include delivery.
