Fluted Board
Lightweight with a corrugated centre (aka fluted polypropylene)
Description
The workhorse board behind every 'For Sale' sign
Fluted board — better known as Correx — is the lightweight, low-cost signage material you've seen on a thousand estate agency boards and site hoardings. Digitally printed, trimmed square as standard, and tough enough for indoors or out, it fixes however the job needs: stuck, screwed, nailed or riveted to any suitable surface. Available up to 2.44 × 1.22m (8ft × 4ft) in a single piece, so most projects print without a join. A real person checks your artwork before it's printed, and every order helps restore forests through our Print A Tree project.

Artwork made easy
Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.
Supply a print-ready CMYK PDF with fonts outlined at your finished board size. One tolerance worth designing around: Correx can expand by up to 5mm per linear metre as standard, so keep critical content and borders a little in from the very edge rather than running fine detail right to the trim. Boards are read from a distance — bold type and strong colour carry far better than small print. Send your file and we'll confirm the setup before printing.
