A café barrier marks the edge of your outdoor seating and carries your branding along the pavement. The Deluxe version uses stainless steel posts with a chrome finish on 350mm bases, and holds the printed fabric graphic in pole pockets at both top and bottom. Start with a full kit and add extension kits one section at a time; the post collars take four rails, so a run can turn corners. Kits assemble in minutes without tools. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed.

Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Supply a print-ready CMYK PDF with fonts outlined or embedded, built on the template for your size, and keep key content clear of the pole pocket areas at top and bottom. There is no additional charge for multiple designs, so each section in a run can carry a different message. Frequently asked questions

How is the Deluxe different from the Economy café barrier?
The hardware and the fixing. The Deluxe uses stainless steel with a chrome finish and holds the graphic in pole pockets top and bottom. The Economy uses powder-coated black steel, with a pole pocket along the top and spring clips into eyelets at the bottom corners. Both use the same expandable four-rail system.
What is included in a kit?
A full kit has two bases, two vertical posts, two horizontal bars and your printed graphic. An extension kit has one base, one post, two bars and a graphic, and joins onto an existing barrier by sharing a post.
What sizes and materials are there?
Three sizes, 1000, 1500 and 2000, each available as a full or extension kit. The graphic is printed on Display/Stretch Polyester or Fabric Mesh Premium, single or double-sided.
Should I choose single or double-sided?
If the barrier is seen from both sides, as pavement seating usually is, choose double-sided: a blockout lining stops light showing through between the faces. Single-sided suits barriers that back onto a wall or window.
Can café barriers stay outside in all weather?
They are made for indoor and outdoor use, but take the graphics down in bad weather, particularly in winds above Beaufort Scale 4 (13–18mph). The graphic can be machine washed at 30° with no detergent; let it dry completely before storing.
Why have my hardware and graphics arrived separately?
That is normal. The barrier hardware often ships separately from the printed graphics.
Can Printlogik design my barrier graphics?
Yes. If you don't have artwork, or yours needs tidying up, our studio can set up your file or create the design from scratch. Ask for a design quote and we'll price it before you commit.
