Crowd barriers sit at waist height, exactly where queues stand and people walk past, and most of them are left bare. These graphics are made for 2300mm and 2500mm barriers, printed on one side or both. Choose a fabric jacket in AirMesh Polyester, Fabric Mesh Premium or Display/Stretch Polyester, or a Standard PVC banner, and pick the corner style that matches your barriers. They can be used indoors or out and reused from one event to the next. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed.

Artwork made easy

Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.

Use the template for your format, barrier width and corner style, in the Templates section on this page. They differ, and the right template is what puts the eyelets and corners where the barrier needs them. Supply a print-ready PDF in CMYK with fonts outlined, and keep key content clear of the eyelet positions. These graphics are read at waist height from close range, so bold branding works better than fine detail.

Frequently asked questions

Will these fit my crowd barriers?
They are made for 2300mm and 2500mm barriers, in two corner styles: corners shaped all round, or at the top only. Check which you have before ordering, because the graphic is cut to match. The barriers are not included.
What formats are there?
Fabric jackets come single or double-sided, with all rounded corners or top-only rounded corners. Standard PVC banners come with all angled corners, top-only angled corners, or as a fold-over that drapes over the frame to cover both sides.
Which material should I choose?
Standard PVC gives a solid graphic. AirMesh Polyester and Fabric Mesh Premium are mesh, which lets wind pass through and suits exposed outdoor sites. Display/Stretch Polyester is a fabric option. Tell us where the barriers will stand and we'll recommend one.
How are they fixed to the barrier?
Through the eyelets, with bungee ball ties or cable ties. We recommend bungee ties, because their stretch absorbs movement and is kinder to the eyelets.
Should I test one before a large order?
Yes. If you are not certain of your barrier type, order a single graphic first and test the fit on your own barriers before committing to the full run.
How long do they take?
There is no fixed turnaround to choose on this product. It is made to order, so if you are working to a date, tell us when you order and we'll confirm before we print.
Can Printlogik design my barrier graphics?
Yes. If you don't have artwork, or yours needs tidying up, our studio can set up your file or create the design from scratch. Ask for a design quote and we'll price it before you commit.
