Backlit Polyester
Fire rated backlit textile for lightboxes
Description
The fabric that's made to glow
Backlit Polyester is a 165gsm textile engineered for one job: sitting in front of a light source and making your graphic radiate. Its excellent light transmission turns lightboxes, SEG frames and illuminated exhibition displays into the brightest thing in the room, while dye-sublimation printing keeps the colour vibrant edge to edge. Flame retardant treated, with standard finishing included at no extra charge — and like everything we print, a real person checks your artwork first. Every order also helps restore forests through our Print A Tree project.

Artwork made easy
Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.
Supply your artwork as a print-ready PDF in CMYK with fonts outlined or embedded. One requirement specific to backlit work: include 50mm of bleed, which allows for hems, plus the shrinkage and movement that happen when fabric is printed and cut. Not sure how to set it up? Send your file over and we'll check it for free before you commit.
