1. Custom Products and No-Return Policy
All products produced and sold by Printlogik Ltd are custom-made and tailored to the specific instructions and requirements provided by the customer. Given the bespoke nature of our products, which are created to individual specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances, except as provided in Section 3 below. The customer acknowledges and agrees that by placing an order, they are commissioning the creation of a unique, one-off product that cannot be resold or repurposed.
2. Non-Cancellable Orders
Once an order has been confirmed and production has commenced, cancellations are not permitted. Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of the order confirmation and prior to the start of the production process. After this period, the customer’s order will be processed in accordance with their specified requirements, and the customer will remain liable for the full payment of the order.
3. Exceptions for Defective or Damaged Goods
Whilst Printlogik Ltd takes every precaution to ensure that products are delivered in accordance with the customer’s specifications and in good condition, we acknowledge that, on rare occasions, defects or damage may occur during the production or delivery process. In such cases, the customer must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt of the product, providing sufficient detail of the defect or damage, including photographic evidence where appropriate.
Upon receipt of such notification, Printlogik Ltd will investigate the matter and, if the product is found to be defective or damaged as a result of our fault, we will, at our sole discretion, either:
- repair or replace the defective or damaged product; or
- issue a refund or credit, in whole or in part, depending on the extent of the defect or damage.
Failure to notify Printlogik Ltd within the specified 48-hour period will constitute acceptance of the product, and no claims for defects or damage will be considered thereafter.
4. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Printlogik Ltd be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the production, sale, delivery, or use of our products. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective or damaged goods as outlined above.
5. Governing Law
This returns policy, and any dispute arising from or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
