  2. Each PrintPass plan allows you to print up to the full value of the subscription tier selected. This covers a wide range of Printlogik products and services. Additional print beyond your monthly subscription value will be quoted and charged separately.

    As an added benefit, any unused print allocation will roll over and accumulate for up to three consecutive months. After this period, the balance resets and a new 3-month cycle begins. This ensures flexibility while encouraging consistent planning.

    MPS stands for Managed Print Services. Unlike traditional IT-based versions, our approach supports marketing and brand teams with a creative-first model. We give delivery the final product, not the inks or the paper stock needed to print it.
    Do unused credits roll over? ›
    Yes. Any unused portion of your plan value rolls over and accumulates for up to three months. After this, it resets and a new 3-month cycle begins. This would allow you on our Lite plan to accumulate up to £150 worth of print credit and on our Partner plan up to £3000 worth of print credit!
    Can I get more print than my plan covers? ›
    Yes. Any printing beyond your subscription value will be quoted and invoiced separately.
    Is there a long-term commitment? ›
    Yes. All plans require a minimum 6-month commitment. After this, you can cancel at any time with no further obligation. We feel that the 6-month mark allows you to get the most out of your subscription. You can, however upgrade your account at any time. Note it is not possible to downgrade your account for the first 6 months. If you are unsure of which plan is suitable for you, we recommend starting with our starter plan at £250 a month and working up.
