Any registered charity in the UK
If your charity is on one of the three UK charity registers, you can apply. We ask for your registered charity number so we can look you up.
Not a registered charity?
We can’t offer charity rates to organisations that aren’t on a register, but we would still like to help. Tell us what you need and we will give you our best price.

Your print does some good of its own
Print has a carbon cost, so we give something back with every order. Each one plants trees and funds verified climate projects through Ecologi. It is automatic, and it costs you nothing extra.

How much is the discount?
10% off our shop prices, on every order. Clothing and merchandise are priced order by order, and Actwidget and PrintPass subscriptions are not discounted.
Does it cost anything?
No. Applying is free and there is no monthly fee. You only pay for the orders you place.
How do I see my charity prices?
Sign in. Once you are approved, the discount is on your account, so the prices you see in the shop are already reduced.
Why do you need our charity number?
So we can look you up on the charity register. It keeps the rates for the organisations they are meant for.
We are in Scotland or Northern Ireland. Can we apply?
Yes. Charities registered with OSCR or the Charity Commission for Northern Ireland qualify in the same way.
We don’t have artwork. Can you help?
Yes. Our designers can make it for you. See design prices.
Can you print something that isn’t on the site?
Usually, yes. Ask for a quote and a real person will price it.
How long does approval take?
