This policy sets out the terms on which you may use printlogik.co.uk and any other platform we provide for quoting, ordering or uploading artwork ("our site"). It applies to every visitor and user, and supplements our Terms & Conditions.

By using our site you accept this policy.

1. Prohibited use

You may use our site only for lawful purposes. You must not use it:

• in any way that breaches applicable local, national or international law
• in any unlawful or fraudulent way, or with any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect
• to harm or attempt to harm minors in any way
• to send, receive, upload, download or re-use any material that does not meet our content standards in section 3
• to send or facilitate unsolicited advertising or promotional material, or any similar solicitation (spam)
• to transmit any data or upload any material containing viruses, trojans, worms, time-bombs, keyloggers, spyware, adware or any other malicious code

You also agree not to:

• reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any part of our site in breach of our Terms & Conditions
• access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt any part of our site, the equipment or network on which it is stored, any software used in its provision, or any equipment, network or software owned or used by a third party
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system or data that is not yours
• use any automated system, scraper or bot to extract content or pricing from our site without our written permission

2. Artwork and files you upload

When you upload artwork, images, text, logos or fonts for us to print, you confirm that you own the rights in that material or have permission to use it for your order.

We will not knowingly print material which:

• infringes anyone's intellectual property rights
• is defamatory, harassing, threatening or likely to incite hatred or violence
• is obscene, or depicts or promotes the abuse of children or vulnerable people
• is intended to deceive, including counterfeit documents, packaging or security items
• would be unlawful to produce or distribute

We may decline any job which, in our reasonable opinion, falls into the above. Where we decline after production has begun, we will charge only for work already carried out.

We do not routinely inspect the content of customer files beyond what is needed to produce the job, and we are not obliged to. Responsibility for what you ask us to print remains yours.

3. Content standards

Anything you submit to our site - artwork, file names, order notes, reviews, enquiry forms - must be accurate where it states facts, genuinely held where it states opinions, and must comply with the law. It must not be defamatory, obscene, offensive, deceptive, or infringe anyone else's rights.

4. If you breach this policy

Where we decide that you have breached this policy we may take any action we consider appropriate, including:

• withdrawing your right to use our site, immediately and without notice
• removing material you have uploaded
• cancelling an order, and charging for work already carried out
• issuing a warning, or taking legal proceedings to recover costs we incur
• disclosing information to law enforcement where we are required to, or where we reasonably believe it necessary

We are not liable for action taken in response to a breach, and the list above is not exhaustive.

5. Changes to this policy

We may amend this policy at any time. The version published here is the one that applies. Please check it periodically.

7. Governing law

This policy, and any dispute arising from it, is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
