PVC Foamboard
Custom-size 3mm or 5mm PVC foamboard signs, single or double-sided, up to 2.4m x 1.2m.
Description
Rigid signs cut to your own size
PVC foamboard, often called Foamex, is solid and strong but light enough to put up with adhesive or double-sided tape. Enter your own width and height and we make the board to fit, in 3mm or 5mm, single or double-sided, up to 2.4m x 1.2m in one piece. Finish it with drilled holes, rounded corners, a shape cut, gloss or dry-wipe lamination, or a Velcro backing. It is M1/B1 fire-rated and suitable for indoor and outdoor use. A real person checks your artwork before anything is printed.

Artwork made easy
Every order includes a free artwork check by a real person — you don't need to ask. If we spot a problem, we'll contact you before anything gets printed.
Supply a print-ready CMYK PDF with fonts outlined or embedded. Set the artwork to the same proportions as the width and height you order, and for double-sided boards send a two-page PDF with the front on page one. If you choose drilled holes or rounded corners, keep text and logos clear of the corners; for holes in custom positions, mark where you want them. For a shape cut, include the cut line in your file.
