Can I order just one item?

For some items, yes. Mugs, heat changing mugs, cotton tote bags, coasters, mousemats, cushions and deck chairs can all be ordered from 1. Pens start at 5, 10 or 25 depending on the pen.

How long does merchandise take?

Most items can be printed in 2 working days on the fastest turnaround. Lanyards take longer, from 15 working days, so order those early. Delivery is usually the next working day after dispatch and is not guaranteed.

What size are the mugs?

The standard mug is 11oz ceramic, in white or with a coloured interior and handle. The heat changing mug holds 350ml and is black when cold.

How do I send my logo?

Order first and upload your artwork afterwards if that suits you. A real person checks every file before it prints, at no charge.

Are the tote bags cotton?

Yes. Cotton Tote Bags are 100% cotton, in natural or natural with black trim. Carolina totes are cotton in 15 colours, with a single-colour screen print.
