Exhibition and event questions

How wide are your roller banners?

Most are 850mm or 1000mm wide. The Budget and Premium banners also come in 1500mm and 2000mm widths, and the Desktop banner is A3.

Which roller banners work outdoors?

Two are made for it. The Outdoor Roller Banner has ground pegs and 440gsm PVC graphics, and the Outdoor Water-Base stand has a water-filled base for ground you cannot peg into.

Can I change the graphic later?

On some products, yes. The Interchangeable Graphics Roller Banner has quick-release clips for swapping graphics, and the Fabric Pop-Up Stand can be ordered as a graphic only.

When do you need my artwork?

You can order now and upload your artwork later. A real person checks every file before it prints, free of charge.

How long will my order take?

It varies by product. Where a product offers a choice of turnaround, you pick it on the product page: tablecloths, table runners and tent cards, for example, can be printed in as little as 4 working days. Delivery is usually the next working day after dispatch and is not guaranteed.

Need a size or stand not listed?

We can usually price other sizes and quantities. Ask for a bespoke quote and tell us about your space and your event.
